Do not opt for Reliance Broadband services these guys are cheats they install services in a month and then when it goes down , you won’t even get service forget about other things since reliance does not have a toll free compliant number the customer care will frustrate you with lots of bill just to know about your complaint status.
These people are playing with customers like anything , I talked to around 15 executives in customer care and every time they gave me a new reason for down time in services in the end I had to tell them , that I will go to consumer forum, believe me these guys are so shameless one of them also followed to suggest me to disconnect.
I paid a 3000/- bill for something which did not work for a month now, I have now asked them to terminate the connection.
they are not afraid of anything.
DO NOT OPT FOR RELIANCE BROADNET SERVICES, - that my sincere suggestion
