Reliance Broadnet Broadband

Hello Everyone,

If you are planing to get net connection then never use Reliance Broadband. They are real cheat. There service is very bad and even after service no sure if problem solved.

1. There 2 MBPS means few KBPS.

   
   




2. There 8 MBPS means 1 MBPS.

   
   




3. There 50 GB plans means 42 GB( including uploading+ downloading).

   
   




4. If you download 1 GB they will show 1.5 GB are more and 1 GB uploading. So total 1 GB downloading means you spend 2.5 GB data. Even this 1 GB downloading with 2 MBPS will take more than 5 hours(if everything is fine)

   
   




5. Believe me if u are calling customer care u will spent very long time and money as well.

   
   




6. In 30 days plan net will not work at-least 5-6 days.

   
   




7. On Saturday and Sunday there speed down drastically.

   
   




8. If u will check net speed with any ping site, u will be charged as 1 call every time.

   
   




9. their service person is like bugger. They need some money( even 10/-) every-time they serve u as free service.
