Hi,
This is to inform you that, though I have requested and made the payment for the reliance broadband connection I haven’t received the connection even after 3 weeks. The agent, Mr Shankar(8904559320) to whom I have paid the amount promised me to give the connection within 2 days, but he changed his promise and cheated me. I believed that since the payment is done to reliance communication, the service will be genuine, but unfortunately I have concluded that the entire organization is cheating the customers like this. This is really disgusting and unfair from Reliance. Please take the necessary actions as soon as possible, since I am waiting for more than 3 weeks for the same.The required details are given below:
