Please do not buy Reliance Net connect+ service:
Firstly, they give wrong information of their products so it can be sold. Later they do not respond with accurate information.
I bought a reliance netconnect+ after sales person told me that this is a prepay or advance payment connection only for 3 months.
I used only 3 months as I moved to US later. They terminated the connection later and changed it to post-paid and generated two bills for May’13 and June’13 and calling my father to make payments.
Firstly, we did not receive any bills showing I have used after 3 months pre-paid. They are making abusive and threatening calls to my father to make payments.
When I requested them for the bills showing my usage for May and June’13 they are not providing it. But just writing in email that I need pay Rs. 1395/-.
Doesn’t reliance which is such a rich company in India employ knowledgeable personnel and train accurately to sell their products?
Guess with this kind of cheating they have come up to this level of business....Reliance stop cheating innocent customers.....
