I got the reliance Wimax connection in early OCT 2007, they had some issues with there DHCP server, if you are lucky then you used get the IP most of the time I have been unlucky to get the ip and connection. My frustration level increased and opted for the termination of the connection. Placed the complaint on mid of Oct 2007, but the fact is still I am getting the bills and they haven’t terminated the connection. I have paid three months bill which I haven’t used the connection. Every 10 days I am calling them and reminding them about the termination of connection but in vain.
I think this is the easy way of making money. I have escalated till al the levels and called so many people but till date they say a standard dialog that it will take 15 days to terminate the connection.
Be careful while taking the Wimax connection, they will provide you the connection but if you wnat it to get disconnect then it takes months... years together to disconnect the same..
