I have been using reliance broadband for about 2 years in trivandrum kerala.
now changed to asianet as they have started giving the same service for much less speed.
there were actually just a few situations that I had to contact them due to non connectivity. after the call the issue recovered in 2-3 days.
now they provide the broadband with 1;10 ratio that is. if you are taking a 2MB plan. you will get an average of 250kb/sec download speed.
