Unreliable

Been a Reliance customer for 1 year and 1 month, of which 120 days was down time.  Disconnected finally, still the bill is ticking.  No support at all.


No one picks call, only assuring emails, no actions.  Speed was good when everything was fine, but it never was fine.  Always troubling.   At least 600 phone calls, 150 emails, 50 toll free calls, still no use.  Only prompt in disconnecting for nonpayment of bill.  Won’t even reconnect in time.
