I Purchase reliance connection 10 months back, My plan is flat free 600kbps for 1399/month without tax (Latest update from reliance) but my connecting speed is around 103kbps. I complaint reliance too many times but there is no response. So please move on with Tata or Airtel
Finally I had made 8 requests and get the reply that they are treating this issue on priority basis. but not yet solved, yesterday I requested for disconnection......
At lease some one would come from Reliance to collect the instruments this time. So friends.......it is now your choice...........
