It is hillarious to know that these guys donot have an online payment facility. One of the reasons why I use net is to pay bills online, to avoid unnecesary hectic commuting and endless waiting for your turn to pay bills. I was never a customer of reliance and Out of high regard to Ambanis I have decided to be their customer and finally bought a net connection from Reliance. this is my first encounter with Reliance. I did it inspite of many friends cautioning about their wrong billings and poor customer service.
to my disamy, Reliance, that provides broadband and encourages people to do routine things online with ease does not have an online payment facility. this means I pay all other bills online through broad net but for paying my broad band bill I need to run to one of their "nearest" stores every month. what a JOKE!
they also do not send bills on time. inspite of repeated requests they do not send bills to your email. they use registered post/ courier to send hard copy and if you are a working couple then you will never be able to get the bill in hand, because you go to work all day and are not present at home to sign and take the bill. else one of you need to take leave and sit at home waitng for postal guy.
on a very fine day, when everything seems to be perfect and incontroll, when you need to book some air tickets urgently or send an important mail, you will come to know that your broadband and phone connection does not work. reason? you have not paid the bill! and they have disconnected the connections out of the blue.
there is a lot to complain and loosing my patience for spending time on something that doesnt worht a dime

I guess the quality of service of a company is reflection of attitude of its owners.
