Reliance Broadnet is the worst service provider, even worse than BSNL(in terms of Customer Care)...
Continuous issues with network, every time they say that theres a cable problem, I dont know what quality of cable they are using, they have to change it more than 5 times in a month.(And of course that time Net wont be working for you, youve to call them up and register a complain, EVERY TIME)
If you have given a complain you have to keep your mobile switch on 24x7 or else, if theyll call and your cell is off, theyll close your complain as "Problem Solved". "If your mobile is off or unreachable then what can we do we will close the case", these are the exact word which I got from them when I asked how can they close my case without my confirmation.
If Customer Care Executive are not able to solve your problem, please DO NOT go to their Supervisor, they are extremely RUDE, un-professional, and Arrogant as you can not complain regarding their behavior to anybody, Again Supervisor Mr. Sajan only told me when I told him hes behaving very un-professional.
Their service engineers are always trying to fool customers, theyll come by their time so if you have to go to office at 11, you can not or else your problem will never be solved. Wait for them then they will come and tell you the problem is because youre using Windows 7 in your system its not taking DHCP address, and all other kind of things that you cant understand if youre not an IT person(I dont know why they try such a thing, specially in Bangalore where most of the people are working in IT). But always there will be a problem from their Server end.
I just dont know how to go legal against them, and I dont have time for going to a lawyer and asking for suggestion, so I was searching online to see whether anybody else is facing the same problem and what I see is there are A LOT.
