Due to call drop issues as a result of tower sealing in Delhi, I accidentally switched from VODAFONE to RELIANCE GSM around Oct 2015.
I feel like a drop from a plush high rise building to a slum.
Reliance GSM is a PATHETIC service provider with ZERO connectivity in most of the areas in Delhi. Its an extremely unethical organization, which got the audacity to make mockery to TRAI MNP provision at their own wish.
Its been 3 months since 4th Jan 2016, my 4 Porting IDs have expired but Reliance GSM got the audacity to decline my porting request each time from back end and be fooling other service provider, TRAI and me by telling us that they didnt receive any porting request.
Their Delhi appellate officer Rahul Tandon never respond to any customer query, forget to expect any help from its 3rd class customer care, where executives are completely raw and keep ranting that "SYSTEMS ARE GETTING UPDATED SO RIGHT NOW THEY CANT HELP". I have recorded 8 back to back calls to Relaince GSM customer care, and anybody who is interested to know more about Reliance GSM can ask for the records at 9654109003.
Friends its a BIG no to any corporate or a decent mobile users, I literally have to stand out of my office and home to receive and make calls using Reliance GSM service. Also if your bill is above Rs 1000, these goons will not let you to get out of their TRAP and ultimately you will left with no options but to surrender you number. So be very careful before choosing Reliance GSM, it may cost your number and may be job. Best of Luck
