I took reliance broadband connection. Almost every month I faced issue in connection. The net was not working for 1-1 week. I got irritated calling again and again to the customer care. They close the ticket from themselves without confirming that the issue was resolved or not even though I was facing the issue. After so much of irritation, I asked them to disconnect the net. For disconnection also, I have to call again and again to the customer care because in the last they will say that for this much of time you have to pay even for that period I have not used net. Finally they come after 10 days(exact days I do not remember). But I have still not received the deposit back which they told me initially that the extra amount is refundable.
It is a request from every one to not to go with Reliance Broadband Internet connection otherwise you have to suffer a lot.
