Reliance communications is one of the leading companies in india and across the world also.
But the services provided by the company to the customers are not good. Its network is very poor in villages as well as in the cities. Its internet speed is also very slow. Net does not auto reconnect when it is disconnected.
Its customer service support is very poor. When we call at the toll free number it does not connect very easily and when it connects the response from the service executive is not good.Overall reliance communications is not good to use. I am giving one out of five stars to it.
