I have no choice but hang onto the data card of reliance.The net disconnects every night only at sharp 12.40 am and resumes automatically on its own. I have been calling reliance for the past 1 month but all I would get is sorry we will refresh it and try after 3 hours. Then all I got from them is probably something is wrong with my computer, but my question to them continuously how come the line is disconnected only at 12.40 night and resumes on its own, throughout the day everything works fine. finally a complaint was lodged by them only after 20 days of daily complaints. Still nothing is resolved, its been a month now.
Till date this is not resolved so I am paying for an unlimited service only to be disconnected. I asked for a refund if this is not resolved, and I was refused by customer care then I get a long list of ways to resolve it which obviously is not the case, I tried all of it but in vain.
Somehow there is no help.
