Reliance data card is a worst thing in inetrnet world. Speed is too slow to browse anything..even some time it is unsurfable duringuage.pop up window will display u "server is not located" "Try again". And at the end of the month when u want to submit your usage bill amount in reliance webworld, there also u will face the problem. People at the webworld are reluctant to take the bill of customer who are not belong to their particular defined area.(Example..if you are a customer of Baguihati then you cant submit bill at Laketown). And everyday you will receive phone call from your webworld to submit the due money though your credit limit still to reach. They will promise you over phone that they themselves will collect the due money by sending attendant but at the days end nothing would happen to happy you. this process will be continuing untill you yourself submit the money by hand at your webworld from where you have taken the data card...may be you are at the other end of your state dont care.
And reliance customer service is so poor that you again and again write mail..they also dont care to answer you. Even they cant take due amount of money by internet banking...their moto is to get money by hand only, so frustrating. I am really frustrated and recommend not touse reliance data card (broad band connectionalso).
