I got a new Hi speed broadband+ datacard of 3.1 mbps @ an offer price of Rs 1000 when I took a Lenovo laptop otherwise this product is priced in the market @ Rs 3500, moreover they offered me one month free usage of 3.5 GB.
Let me share the experiences of using Reliance hi speed data card connection.
The connection was activated promptly within 24 hours of submission of necessary documents.
Then the actual problem started, the speed was quite good had no issues with it, after two days the connection was suspended by them without any prior notice, when I checked with the Reliance guy he told that you haven’t submitted the required documents proof. I was shocked at his reply, called up the customer care to check out this they said that the documents that I had furnised was wrong and askd me to refurnish the same.
I re submitted my passport copy for reactivating the connection, but belive me the executives who take care of all the back end processing are so irrresponsible that they don’t bother to see what you’ve actuall given to them, instead of registering the services in my name they have registed the servie under my dad’s name and they took neary 15 days to reactivate the service i think they have and hidden agenda of cutting down the no. of days of free usage like this, altogether I had lost 18 days of free usage.
Belive me their billing process is very complicated and the data usage they show on the bills is quite higher than the atcuals. Their customer service is pathetic and the people who handle the queries are very untrained.
I got one more shock recently, I got a bill for Rs 494 inspite of disconneting the services.horrible set of guys. NEVER EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Their product and service isn’t worth even a penny don’t go for this even if they promise you that they are giving it at a offer or a promo price.
Till date they haven’t resolved any of my issues, they are just interested in mass selling their produts and over billing the consumers.
If you want’ peace of mind and a reasonably good speed just go for BSNL dataone broadband!
