Im using a Reliance Netconnect. My name in the bill is incorrect. It is more than a year since I complained but all in vain. These complaints were made at the Reliance Communication outlets near Chaar Rasta, opposite Godrej showroom at Dombivli & another outlet near Pezzola Complex, opposite Swastik Chambers, Chembur.
When I bought it last August I never used to receive any bills physically & I used to check on helpline to find out about my bill amount & pay; still twice they charged me late fees. Why should the customer suffer for mistakes from Company?
Last date for paying the bills keeps changing without any intimation to Customer. Last month when I asked the Customer Care Executive to put me on to her senior to enquire about the same, she was so persistent and she put me on hold for a long time saying she will transfer it to her senior but the call got disconnected!!! How ridiculous! I have sent written complaints too. I hope to see some action action taken to improve their services. I hope the seniors in the Company handling this Internet are aware of this website & are reading about their product!
Im extremely unhappy with such poor customer service of Reliance Communications; it is really a pathetic experience. I would never recommend anyone for Reliance Netconnect.
