I bought a Reliance 3G data card.
The moment I bought it was not working. Then I got it changed after grieving before the ZTE service center as these guys keep telling this is not hardware fault, but at my request they changed it.
The new data card is working but most of the time signal is a problem in Delhi, Chatarpur area.
If you want to know who is the worst customer care I would name only Reliance. They will never be able to give solution.
You have to maintain a main balance while using ur card other than the data balance. The main balance will keep evaporating w/o any purpose.
I wont suggest my enemy to buy Reliance 3G data card.
Chor company. Please get ready now your BAAP Kejriwal has come he will make all chor’s life hell.
