What an advertisement from reliance. Free data card with 2 months free unlimited download. But please tell me first where do we download stuffs from ??
THIS DEVICE JUST DOESN’T WORK.
It’s just a black box which inserts in USB port and does nothing but show the image of a women sitting with laptop. Seriously this device doesn’t allow u to surf because of the time (infinite) it takes to load the page. The speed which I get (if at all it is connected and if I am lucky) is 0.0148 kbs and please can anyone tell me how to work with that snail’s speed. I was once very fortunate that I could connect to the great services offered by reliance and ufff it took me 63 minutes to download a 3 MB file.
The disastrous part is that if u complain it to the call centre they give a number 363 or something and then after dialing this number the reply u get is u don’t have access to this service. I have literally wasted my 2950 Rs rather I should have given it to a beggar.
I am writing this mail after my 10 days experience with this great service. The dealer from whom I took this device says there is no way that the black box can be returned and you won’t be repayed your amount. Not only that but when I complaint him about the speed he said “Aapne yeh pehle sochna chaiye tha”. Can anyone tell me how on earth “Main pehle soch sakta tha”
Similar is the response from the call center guys. “They are just not ready to listen” Hats off to reliance guys they have found a new way of so called generating wealth by once again cheating with the consumers.
By the way I stay in Kolkata salt lake and have surfed at various locations in Kolkata with this great “DATA CARD” (or just a mere black box)and have received the same response. It just does not work. Not only my money has gone in vain, my whole important work got stuck due to this.
