This is Sree from Bangalore. I had purchased Reliance Pro3 data card in Sept14 even after seeing blogs regarding worst customer services.I ignored these blogs. But Now within a month, the worst customer service of reliance has made me to write this blog.
The 4 GB unlimited data of mine got expired within very few days and came to 144 kbps speed.I tried customer care toll number. Almost I spend 2 hrs to get answer to this.No person responds u properly.The ready made answers u get like,
1) Sorry sir, my server is down
2) I ll transfer the line to next level - But even after 15 min no line ll be transferred.(U have to get disappointment and disconnect the line)
3) Sorry sir, v do not have the access, please go to nearest Reliance Communications centre for help.
I had also visited the Reliance Store.Mean while they have disconnected my Data card Connection.The Reason they give is, address proof is not clear.( Note: I had given my address proof twice to them and paid the bill too promptly)
The nasty executive raises his voice against me for the problem I faced.They do not know to behave with the customers.When all this big scene was happening in the store, the stores manager did not interfere and only came after all the drama part is over.I am Really fed up with the reliance.
I request all the people to think thousand times before u buy.
