Every word from every staff at the Reliance Digital store at JP Nagar, Bangalore is a lie. It was very unfortunate of me to have bought, sorry I mean to have paid for a product at their store. I walked into their store for comparing prices of a chosen model of washing machine, but due to a particular models availability, I ended up paying for it, confirming from the staff that it will be delivered the same day. But I was doubtful, and expected the next day delivery.
After frequent calling, explaining the issue to dozen of their staff / manager, I learnt that the whole crew at their store are cheats right from the cheerful gate keeper to their manager. All I got after each(30 mins) call was agony, headache. It’s been a week now, I stopped calling them. As I know that they are doing their job at the best. Now I left it to them to decide to whether to deliver my product or not. Now just looking at RELIANCE sign / ad makes me fume.
I humbly accept my mistake, being a member on Mouthshut, I should have reviewed the Reliance Digital store before making a purchase. Now I realize there is enough warning here about these crooks.
If you really do not want to mess with you peace of mind, stay as far away from Reliance Digital, (not even a price inquiry is worth it). Trust me.
