Merry Go Round ?

Please escalate 8001142064. It is with regards to the Samsung 26* Tv that I purchased from your Koramangla Branch on 19th June, 11am. After several Phone calls it was delivered on Tuesday 9pm.


Then to top it the Product Installation has not happened even after I spoke to " The Sales Manager". They service is so bad, I had to call to check on the status and they repeatedly put me on HOLD and did not bother following up. The technician who was assigned the tickett then informed me that he was not working on it and it was assigned to a different person. It looks like you guys like to take customers on to jolly ride.


Today they raised a ticket and informed me that it would be done today

  • 22nd at anycost.It was not done today.

Looks like you do not know how to delight your customers nor do you understand the agony I had undergo. I would love to talk to someone who understands my problem. A really unsatisfied customer who currently does not have a working TV but a box which is yet to be opened.
