I bought a Panasonic fridge from Koramanagala, Bangalore - Reliance Digital. I paid for one model and they delivered another model which is of less value. On further follow ups asking to reimburse the money or to take back the product, they agreed to take back the product. I didnt want to do business with them because of their approach and because of their responses. They made me pay for the sandwich maker, which I got on 40% discount, as it was bought along with fridge(I got this because I disagreed to take the free reliance product they were offering with fridge).
I asked them to give me in writing that they will pay me back the money and then take back the product, but they said it is not possible to give anything in writing. Then later they agreed that, they will pick up the fridge from my house only after the money transfer happens. I left the store happily thinking that problem solved; also I shared all my card details with them to transfer the money.
The seven working days crossed, but I did not get the money. So I called them up after around 12 days checking the status. Now, they are replying me that they need to take back the fridge, and then later they will reimburse the money as they cannot completely trust the customers. My question here is I had trusted them when buying this product and after so much of experiences how can I trust them? What if I am not getting the money in 7 days? Do I have any guarantee after they takes the fridge back? Their reply is.sorry sir.we cannot give any letter stating that we will pay back the money.

Still waiting for things to get resolved.if not by next Monday.shall take this up further.
So, guys, beware of while buying a product from Reliance Digital.
