Let me tell you a few things about Reliance digital store located in Shipra Mall Indirapuram. The whole store is a big mess & so is its staff.
They say that if you want to know more about a store, then visit the customer care section of that. If you visit that area in reliance digital store in shipra mall, you’ll find many frustrated customers shouting to the top of their voice & some shameless staff trying to look for cover.
The reason for all this mess, there is no co-ordination between the sales & the customer care department. To my surprise, nobody knows the rules here.
You buy an expensive product, it develops a snag within a week..what do you expect.... Responsibility & accountability from the store but believe me my friends, these words do not exist in Reliance Digital’s dictionary. They only sell the products & then you are left with your stars & good Karma.
You can only prey that the product works fine or get ready for an endless visits to the store & getting fooled by different people with new adventouros stories everytime. Reliance Digital -Shipra mall, Indirapuram is a big "nnnooooooooo" from my side. Visit at your own risk.....
