One more worse than "Street Vendor" type deal by the global conglomerate! This time, it calls the exchange mela of old electronics items as "Mistmatch Exchange" finally lands itself cheating innocent customers one more time. Only when you enter the stores, would you realize that their exchange mela comes with never ending conditions (in addition to conditions mentioned in the newspaper advt on 18th June 2011 Friday supplement Times of India).
Just a quick recap of further conditions that you will hear when you reach Reliance digital with exasperated breadth ...It does not apply to Sony Televisions, for LG TVs the value for the old TVs will not exceed Rs. 2000, It does not apply to old projection televisions etc etc. If you ask where those conditions are stated in the advt, their standard answer is their nanosize "conditions apply" statement in the advt. I saw the advt.. It is written almost upside down in a place that you cannot find in the first 10 minutes.... Man, you feel hurt and cheated... You wont believe....
If they can get away cheating a reasonably market aware customer, think about innocent ones!!
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME VISITING THE RELIANCE DIGITAL.. These advertisements do not even cover 1/10th of the story! save your petrol!
