I have purchased my LG G3 mobile from reliance digital. They convinced me to buy this phone by offering cash back, bluetooth, selfie stick, memory card and cost free EMI. I asked for an gold panel piece which is not available in their store. But sales person who requested me to take delivery on next day.
I have paid through my credit card for emi. Later I have not received it till 2 days saying gold panel is not available. After delivering phone on 3rd day, my credit card amount has not converted to EMI. I called to cust care who told me to take pre approval for any cost free emi’s.
Shop executive blamed me for this, whenvi complained this to their manager, no response.
Selfie stick which I got with the phone is not at all working. I revolved around the showroom for 1 month and left.
This were their false and dake promises they give for their sales.
