I recently had been to Reliance Retail in Blore on Cunningham rd. to buy a washing machine. At least some of the staff people are knowledgeable and were able to guide me. There weren’t many people, maybe because people think its expensive and get intimidated, I feel.
But I got the best deal in town on a Samsung washing machine, though the exchange value on my almost new(but Dabba) Godrej Washing machine was pathetic at Rs 1000, but the discounts more than made up. I also got a gift and a lucky draw coupon.
Most importantly the delivery boy was at my door step on- the -dot. And didn’t ask for bakshish. I will definitely shop for my next purchase here. There was another guy who showed up in 30 mins time, explaining all the features.
