I have purchases an Air Con from Reliance Digital, Banjara Hills and they took payment for the same from me and promised to deliver it in 2 days. Even after a week they haven’t delivered it. When I go to stores, they gave me new date and still not delivered. When I call them, they say they’ll call back and they don’t. This is pure cheating of delivery of already paid goods. Can I go to consumer court?
