No.Not at all. I never recommend Reliance digital to even my enemy.(Ambani Bros please do not buy any of the products from here). Gandhiji said customer is a god for merchant. but these fellows. No customer value they provide. Situation I faced will let you know.
I went to buy UPS for my PC at one of the Reliance one digital branch at Inorbit mall, Hyderabad. Before to the purchase I fixed a price range for~2500 Rs. So I asked one of the sale boy to show in that range. They had shown one from APS company and the price tag fixed on it was 2569/-. So I selected that and went for billing counter. I used by debit card for the purchase. The stupid culprit thing happened here only. He simply swiped the card and asked me to sign on the merchant copy. I found that he debited 3899 from my card. I asked to that fellow about this and his reply was it is the right price and the tag attached wad wrong. Of course it is the right price but why should they tag with low price. Is that to fool the customers. Bloody buggers.and I asked to cancel the payment. They refused to do so and said we won’t return money for the it products. These people did not get down even after 1 hour. stupid fellows learnt to be patient with hearing scoldings also. It looks like they are most experienced people in that. What a student like me can do at that spot. I did not get any good support from neighbours also and finally I got convinced to their deal of what is to take a gift card worth Rs.2000 and to buy the other INTEX UPS for rest of money. Now I donot have dare to buy anymore in tht witht this 2000/- gift coupon. they lost their respect with the customer.
