Its been 2 months I raised complaint against my faulty LG fridge which I bought last year from Reliance Digital. No one visited yet, I also shared the same feedback against the request number but they sent an apology but no one visited yet to fix the problem.
Even their senior called me that technician will visit immediately but no one visited as of July 26 and I am still waiting.
I suggest everyone please never ever buy product warranty from the store from where you are buying your product and always go for buying the extended warranty from manufacturers.
