I fail to understand why d store demands customers identity proof for any purchase of product at RELIANCE DIGITAL.
I have paid the bill using debit card which is already AADHAR compliant, I have given my mobile nos which too is AADHAR compliant. Is D AMBANI GROUP unaware of reality of bank a/cs being AADHAR compliant?
On other hand RELIANCE & every telecom operators to this day demand AADHAR details for a new connection, contrary to d SCverdict.
Why no charge of contempt on RELIANCE for relentless malpractices?
NEEDLESS TO MENTION D PATHETIC COUNTER REP AT D POS WHO INTERRUPTED OTHER REPS WHO WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING MY PURCHASE. ANOTHER REP RESPONSIBLE FOR SAMSUNG PRODUCTS(MOBILE+ TAB SECTION) DIDNT EVEN HAVE D COURTESY TO CONVERSE WITH CUSTOMER & ONLY TRAINED TO PUSH SAMSUNGS PROPAGANDA.
DUE TO UNPROFESSIONAL NATURE OF FEW, D ENTIRE EXPERIENCE BECOME SOUR. IT IS IMPORTANT TO MENTION THAT THE REPS WHO WAS CATERING TO MY CHOICE OF PRODUCTS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS TOO. ITS JUST D ACTION OF ONE OR TWO REPS WHO WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS WORST EXPERIENCE.
NO FUTURE VISITS TO RELIANCE DIGITAL EVER AGAIN.
