WORST EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE ResQ

I bought 2 Panasonic ACs from Reliance in Apr’24 and they told me all good things about ResQ extended warranty starting from Apr’25. Unluckily I feel in their trap and took extended warranty for 4 years for both the ACs which cost me Rs 10, 500 for each AC. In the first month of the first year of warranty (May ’25) itself, my AC broke down. I booked a repair request. Their person came and filled gas and asked me to raise a service request with jet as condenser has jammed. When I raised the request, ResQ team asked me to PAY for the jet service.


I checked the booklet provided by them and it is nowhere mentioned that customer has to pay for it. Still ResQ team is insisting on paying for service else they will not send their person. I was told to contact the South Ex Reliance showroom where I bought the AC but they also didn’t help. I’m now chasing ResQ team everyday but nobody is coming to service my AC. And the worst part is within these last 4 days, the gas has again leaked and my AC is blowing hot air.


I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Reliance. Their after sales service is really bad. And everybody should stay 10 feet away from ResQ team. WORST team to take extended warranty from.


I would give a negative rating to them.

There is no option of selecting 1 star. I was forced to select 3 star. But I would to rate it in negative.
