Reliance Digital online services are the worst.
Have purchased a Hindware air cooler snowcreast 23L on 31st May20 n the produxt was supposed to be delivered on 1st June20 this was the USB i brought the cooler considering the quick delivery.
I got the piece after multiple followups on 3rd June20 just after 3 days on 6th June20 the product stopped working. Anytime i call the customer care they would assure that there will be a return call from service team.
Till today that is 21st june20 i am still following up both on calls and mails no response. I found the number of Hindware service guys number from Reliance Digital stores. I called him up directly he has visited my place on 15th June20 . He didnt specifically tell me if it was a faulty piece he just spoke about motor which was burnt out. Till now i am waiting for him to suggest his team to replace the piece it self or repair the existimg one. Today it is 21st June20 service agent picks the call to tell me he is coming on the same day and it he has not come till now to close it.
Worst service from both reliance digital online service and the Hindware.
I would never suggest anyone to but from Reliance Digital site ever neither the Hindware Cooler.
It has come to the stage that even if we write to the CEO of the org whos mail ID is the Reliance Digital online site also does not respond.
Now i am planning to take it to Consumer Forum to get the justice.
I do not even want to rate them.
