I brought oppo Reno 6pro mobile on 25th November 2021 worth 40k with insurance of reliance resq with additional cost of 6k, they never informed that if mobile get damage I have to pay 999 rs for pick and drop service andthen to i paid it, after 2 days i got a call from reliance req team that I have to pay 8000 re as a depreciation fee for replacement which was never communicated to me verbally nor in black and white. Then to i paid 8000 for replacement which was supposed to be free of cost and was committed that I will recieve the mobile within 2 days of payment, then suddenly I get a message for reliance resq that because of non availability it will be delayed!!! Is RELIANCE taking their customer for granted???Should we accept this kind of service from Reliance??? Customer service agent are so uneducated they dont no how to talk to their customer. Only one guy named Mohit More from ulhasnagar store tried to help me failed to do so because of his seniors instructions.
