I had used this service for a year or so and I was literally annoyed by the performance. The Reliance DTH service unlike others never gave me any good offers and discounts on its services. That is really very disgusting that it don’t have any quality in there channels. They always keep hanging and Lagging.
The network really goes off in any kind of cloud cover and in rainy season it goes off completely for 2-3 days. Thats really very pathetic about it.
The Service centre has always an excuse ready for you. And they never really helped me in solving my DTH issues.
The only thing good about this DTH is its sound quality. I really liked it. but that’s not everything.
I then Switched my DTH services from Reliance to Airtel they are comparetively better then them.
