New DTH Connection Delay

Booked RelianceDTH on 01-03-2018 for Rs.499.00/- on an offer through https://reliancedigitaltv.com and my booking ID is 17500429. I’ve got confirmation sms on 09-03-2018 for my booking done on 01-03-2018. That too after I called the chennai zonal office for seeking the confirmation of my booking. And the sms states that, I would get installation between 30 to 45 days from the booking date. But today is 26-04-2018. Till now I have not received single call regarding the DTH service. I could not connect customer cares on any number though there are many numbers as it always says busy and no replies for my mail. After continuously called all these days, I got connected on a toll free number on 20-04-18 and the customer care person said it will take another 30-45 days for my installation. Poor service.


Update: Till today(28-07-2018) no response and not received my DTH


Update 2: Called customer care again on 01-08-2018. This time they told me to wait up to 31 Aug 2018. I refused and asked for refund. Got no proper information but they suggested me to mail all the details with booking ID to installation@rbtv.in. Mailed but no response till now(03-08-2018)


Update 3: Now with Independent TV, got nothing from new name changed same service provider
