Hai friends I like to share about the bad experience of Reliance Digital TV Which I have purchased years back.They had provided good service before three years but now they are the one of the worst.The picture quality of thie digital TV is not good because it always show bad whether condition even the climate is good. And sound quality of this digital TV is not perfect. I didn’t satisfied with the sound quality as well as picture quality when compare to other digital TV in the market.
They have given the free customer care number but I tried to that number it is all ways busy. And any problems accrued during the rainy season the didn’t given proper response to me. The customer service given by the reliance is not satisfied.
I have paid money for channel subscription but cost the channels which I subscribed is high when compare to other DTH digital TV’s.I paid more money but less channels only subscribed by them.So please do not go with Reliance Digital TV Which gave worst in service and worst picture quality.
