Reliance energy taking to much charge my consumption is very less but I got bill amount its too high from Reliance energy First the Bill they send is always on the higher side .even when I am not at home for a week or so still my bill remains the same.
When you question them their customer care person gives you a ticket number and tells that 24 to 48 hours solution will be provided.
But we did not get any response.
Even if you write mail the response is not received. and if received it is just a recorded message which has no sense with the issue.Most of the employees get jobs in Reliance due to high influence internally or externally. They are not at all competent enough to do what they should do. When asked about the bill, customer care executive doesnt knows anything. And when I called their Consumer Grievance Redressed forum, they do not pick up the call. Reliance still works like BSES assuming a Govt organization. STOP POLITICS AND START DELIVERING! There is not much competition in this industry and so you survive. Its very bad service provided by company
