Worst experience

Worst customer service of Reliance. When Reliance can raise bills for energy consumption they should be equally responsible to revert back to our bill queries. Most of the employees get jobs in Reliance due to high influence internally or externally. They are not at all competent enough to do what they should do. When asked about the bill, customer care executive doesn’t knows anything. And when I called their Consumer Grievance Redressal forum, they do not pick up the call.


Reliance still works like BSES assuming a Govt organisation. STOP POLITICS AND START DELIVERING! There is not much competition in this industry and so you survive. Canadian Firm will deliver better services. You do not stand anywhere
