Hi friends I am using Reliance Services for more than 10 years and I feel that somewhere on what Bill I’m getting that is overcharged not only that even what the metre they are providing that is also not good does November month have got a bill for 5000 rupees my electricity and surprisely what bill cycle it was mentioned that time I was not in home even. After calling in customer care I had to register a complaint regarding for that problem so leichhardt can be possible that time I was not in home and have got a bill for a 5000 rupees for that one they said that will check out your metre like what exactly the problem in the why the things that happened with you and all about it after raising of the complaint from one person Reliance he came to my home and eat check my metre details after processing of all things in come to on is final decision in your matter is there defect he said that even have gotten written apology from the Reliance side then after that again I had called in Reliance customer care stating what about that you guys have sended the apology for my miter is not perfect just because of that I have got charge for that but they said so whatever the bill got generated can’t be referred to you we can assure you then I said it is totally unfair just because of you guys are doing mistake why should I have to pay for that but they said sorry sir we cannot do anything for. Finally they said you have to drop a mail to Reliance whatever the decision table going to take that and I didn’t that it is almost 5 to 10 days got over and tell no I haven’t got any kind of responses from that site
