BSES was a lot better then reliance energy. they charge as much as they want coz they know people dont have choice. in our home we dont have too many electronic appliances and we receive bill around 1200 every month. their service is also not so amazing.
In case of power cut due to short circuit etc it takes around 4 hours on average and sometimes whole day. so there is nothing they can charge that much for. thankfully recently TATA has also come into energy supply. .
