Reliance shoes
Hi all, I bought shoes from Reliance footprint and I noticed that they are giving on half the price always . I chose to have Nike sneakers for myself from DB city mall, Bhopal(mp) worth 2200 . Then after 3 months of usage the shoe got a crack from the white base of the sneakers.
I went back to the showroom and told them to change it, they took my shoe and said they will call me once the replacement arrives in their showroom. I kept on waiting for about 1.5 months and again went to the showroom . The staff was changed and was not recognizing me . This incident made me doubt on the brand’s market value and this kind of cheating was done to me.
The shoe was not at all durable at all, it was light weight as it was a nike(old) and the comfort was also good but the material became bad because it was kept from a long time and was not sold by the company . Hence this was the issue and I do not recommend you reliance footprint. If you want nike take it from the authorized showroom of the company or with any other brand.
