I’ve shifted to Tiruvnamiyur, Chennai, a month back from Ramamurthy Ngr, Bangalore. My experience with the local Branch of RF is quite in contrast, for the worse. The stores looks a dungeon, with little choice of line, lack of light, lack of courtesy and unhelpful attitude at the top level, I was shocked there is no Door Dely for purchases of Rs.2000/- and below, EVEN for a super senior citizen, living within a km of this outlet. How can rules be different in different South Indian Cities, esp in a better organized market.
Pl try to at least relocate the shop, for a start.
