I have a very BAD experience with Reliance Fresh situated at Madinaguda, Hyderabad. I have received a message that a gift set of 6 Yera plates will be given for a purchase of Rs. 999.00 till first week of May ’08. After billing was done for Rs. 1100, they told that the gifts are not in stock and cannot be given even later. They were very rude in answering the customers. They were saying that the customer has to purchase the things of worth Rs. 999.00 (IN A SINGLE BILL) when the gifts are in stock. When I asked the customer support number, they have given two number that doesn’t work at all and not in service.
LATER checking on the bill, I found two items that I didn’t purchase and still charged. I am NOT AT ALL SATISFIED with the products with high price (compared with other retail outlets) and service from RELIANCE FRESH. I NEVER RECOMMEND RELIANCE FRESH TO ANY ONE IN MY LIFE TIME. Please BE AWARE to check the bill and amount for each item your purchase before leaving RELIANCE FRESH.
