Parking:
I didn’t find a parking there, since there is parking lot allotted for the vehicles, I see only small business bandies infront of the reliance store. The parking must be splinted for bikes and cars, and this work is security guard’s, but the guard there is least bothered and doesn’t even look at the parking, every time it is mess around, I always keep my vehicle 50 mts away from the store. which is not at all acceptable.
Ambiance & Decor:
The ambiance is less to be found, the decor part is some kind off neat but still it changes its look every Sunday I visit the store.I f im visiting the store this Sunday I will not find the store same as the next coming Sunday. The display is good but not up to he mark, the sections are not at all well arranged because the items are not arranged according to the stock and availability where we need to go and find out the product from pother section.
The working staff over there is worst than any other malls, the billing guys never talk to you with patience or at least greet you. the supervisor is less cared about customer review, the cashier was too much rude with me and other customers, this is not at all expected.
Store range:
The store has a well area but the problem is the stock arrangement and availability was missing, even it seems to be a big store, at least the catalog must be made easily available. The place can be easily utilized with the correct management and the store maintenance.
Value for money:
The offers are quite common they doesn’t maintain a huge offers that attract customers, and the vegetable costs are high with the market, and the fruits are too much costly with outside market and freshness’s ok not impressed. The value for Mooney comes only with the reliance points as they come wit every purchase of the vegetables or groceries which can be redeemed at the weekends when they are above 200.
