In Feb 2007, swayed by Reliance General Insurance’s advertising, I thought I would change my health insurance provider.
With this intention, I sent an sms at their short code as mentioned in their ad on February 28, 2007 in the morning. Within 30 seconds, I got an sms thanking me for my interest in their Insurance Services, and saying that someone would contact me shortly.
I waited, March passed by and April...
In May, I met a senior executive from Reliance General Insurance and mentioned about this - even showed her the sms that I had saved. She was shocked! And said that the sms provider really goofed up a lot! And someone would now surely contact me.
I waited again, the monsoons came and went. The executive resigned from Reliance and I waited. It is now nearly 2 years, and someone would still contact me shortly.
In the meantime, can someone recommend a good health insurance provider to me?
