I have purchased Reliance General Insurance while purchasing Airlines ticket. I have booked the Indigo Flight and cancelled the tickets due to covid-19 situation prevailed at that time. I have submitted all the proofs with documents and called 200 times to call center. They have been constantly repeating their words to stay for processing. They took 45 days and finally they have informed that the claim has been rejected. There is no meaning of rejection why they did it. I have produced all the concerned documents. No proper reason is there for rejection. I have advised to all the passengers of airlines and requesting you not to purchase this General Insurance.
