Regrette to say that such a big name and very poor in service there is proverb in hindi ?????the same story is there.General insurance is such a responsible and risky business.Most of the general insurance co. Is in loss so most of the company intend to make profit any how.so sometime companies uses bad means.I have mediclaim in Bajaj Gic.
I opted for change of insurance co.from Bajaj to reliance.believe me or not they took 20 days time to port the insurance and 10 days to issue the certificate.at that very time I undersood the position of the co.but I hv already paid the premium so couldnt go to other co.I waited for one year and rushed out of the co
