With great regrets I want to tell about shameful and irresponsible behavior of Reliance insurance co. and their representatives.
My car met with an accident on 24th March and since a under terrible mental pressure. For everything right from the making the parts making available to the following up with the insurance companies it’s been a nightmare. My car is ready from the past 12 days and I could not gets its delivery as some concerned insurance is gone to Mumbai…or whatever and then not taking the calls ,
Not responding to mails. I think I have done something sinful.
You guys are so unprofessional and unorganized…
