What i liked and disliked about reliance comm


Please read these email communications and you will know what i liked and disliked about reliance communications.

That was real quick!


I sincerely thank you for listening to me and understanding my need.


It was a surprise that i received a call straight from mumbai corporate office regarding this issue which might have been at the lowest priority when compared to other things you and your team do everyday.


The call back as promised and you staying on the phone until you made sure i was able to login and change my password was the best part of the call. (as against the call back promised by many others from reliane in the past week)


I only wish all the reliance employees even at the lowest level of the organization understand that they leave a lasting impression of the entire company with the way they deal with its customers. This becomes more crucial as they are the first point of contact and whatever they exhibit is the attitude of the company.


My worst experience at reliance : the webworld, anna nagar branch & you customer care center (who took a deactivation request rather than helping me out)


My best experience at reliance (in the chronological order) : reliance fresh at virugambakkam, bigflix delivery boy (benjamin) and the most recent one being you from the corporate office (shail... Poo...)


I wish you a very bright future personally and to your team at reliance


I do not expect any reply from you or others, not even a acknowledgement.


Please just take care of those good customers who are willing to have a long and lasting relationship with reliance

Dear reliance,


I would atleast recommend that proper training may be given to the outlet employees to guide customer’s correctly.


Had i been informed about this at the time of purchase i will have opted for anything thats suits online payment and bill view.


Highly un-professional


May be they had a pressure to sell some service to me and so were not bothered to check what i was looking for...


I do not find any fault with your webworld staff as it is a fault with your training department for not educating them on all the features of every product sold by reliance.


I atleast like to think that i had not lost anything, but gained another phone number to print on our buisines cards and advertisements.


I wish to convert this hard-sold connevtivity a prepaid as i will not be able to return, transfer or throw away the service i brought from you and keep it only for incoming calls and publish in my advertisements (which i shall visit the webworld to proceed with it)


What you lost is a 2k to 3k bill amount every month and possibly more connections at our various offices across tamil nadu and kerala which would be making similar bills. Now i decided to go with tata communications for phones that we will be using for out going calls.


Please do not cheat people like this in the future (as such curses last forever and passes on to all people involved. I literally cursed and prayed that god gives 1000 times of the loss you had brought to me)...


I will not disturb you in the future for anything, as i have already learned to live with the service you had forced upon me.
